We’re partnering with a growing business that operates across multiple entities and industries, offering an opportunity for a People & Culture Advisor to join their collaborative team. This role can be on a .8 or .9 basis (4 day week / 9 day fortnight).

In this fast-paced, hands-on role, you'll provide end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to ER, compliance, and performance. It's a broad, true generalist role where you’ll be a trusted partner to leaders and make real impact.

Day to day;

• Act as the first point of contact for all HR matters across the group
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and probation processes
• Draft contracts, letters, and HR documentation
• Provide advice and coaching to leaders across ER, IR, and performance matters
• Maintain compliance with employment legislation, HR policies and OH&S requirements
• Coordinate annual performance reviews and employee lifecycle processes
• Keep HRIS and employee records accurate and up to date

What You’ll Bring;

• Experience in a P&C Advisor role (ideally within lifestyle, retail or wholesale environments)
• Working knowledge of the Fair Work Act and modern awards
• Confident communicator with strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Proactive mindset with the ability to handle ambiguity and work across multiple business units
• Strong stakeholder engagement and a people-first approach
