The Position

As an HR Business Partner, you'll provide trusted advice and hands-on support across the full employee lifecycle. From change management and organisational design to workforce planning, employee relations and leadership coaching you'll be a key partner across the business, helping teams grow and perform at their best.

• Build strong relationships with business leaders to influence and support people-related strategies
• Partner on workforce planning, talent development, succession and organisational capability
• Lead and manage end-to-end employee relations matters, ensuring compliance and positive outcomes
• Support the implementation of HR initiatives including performance, engagement and culture programs
• Collaborate with the broader HR team on policy development, change management and continuous improvement
• Provide coaching and guidance to people leaders to build leadership capability and confidence
• Contribute to key projects that enhance the employee experience and support business growth

The Candidate

The successful candidate will be a confident communicator and problem solver who enjoys building relationships and influencing outcomes. You'll bring strong HR generalist skills and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environment ideally within manufacturing, retail, or distribution industries and will display the following skills:

• Minimum 4-6 years' experience in an HR Business Partner or Senior Advisor role
• Sound understanding of Australian employment law and HR best practices
• Proven experience in case management, performance management and leadership support
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and coaching skills
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to align people initiatives with business objectives
• Comfortable working both strategically and operationally
