About the role:
We are searching for an experienced Contracts Co-ordinator to join our dynamic and motivated team. The ideal candidate will report directly to the Operations Manager and be responsible for managing a range of day-to-day administrative duties including the support of our Sales and Operations Teams. We require a person who can develop positive working relationships, has strong communication skills and excellent time management and organisational skills. Experience in the Liquid Waste Industry will be highly regarded, however, not essential. This is a excellent opportunity that is not limited to an office background but also for a Senior Operator who is looking to take the next step in their career.
This role involves a wide range of varied tasks and is largely autonomous therefore you will need to be able to manage your own time, multitask and make sound business decisions unsupervised. The ideal candidate will be resilient, great attention to detail and have a strong business acumen.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide customer service including answering incoming calls and enquiries
Respond to reactive works and schedule programmed works for our contracted customers
Provide general assistance to the Operations Manager and respective Business Development Managers in Infrastructure
Liaise with Business Development Managers with regards to site specific assets and job details
Onboarding new clients
Project related management quires
The successful applicant must have:
Minimum 2 years of administration / operations experience
Liquid Waste / Transportation Industry experience is desirable (but not essential) i.e. Operator with a Heavy Rigid Licence
Ability to build relationships with a variety of individuals / groups / stakeholders
Ability to work well under pressure
Strong time management and prioritising skills
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
A self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
The successful candidate will be required to pass a pre-employment medical and a drug/alcohol test.
