As the company continues to grow, they’re looking for a capable administrator to take ownership of their contracts and sales support function and lead its next phase of development.

About the Role
This is a key role for someone who thrives on structure, coordination, and stakeholder interaction. As Sales & Contract Administrator, you'll oversee the full administration lifecycle across the property sales process, working closely with leadership, sales, and external stakeholders. You’ll also mentor a small offshore support team and play a hands-on role in contract generation, CRM management, and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage contract generation and execution via DocuSign
Maintain Salesforce CRM and Dropbox records with high accuracy
Monitor shared inboxes and respond to agent, broker, and vendor queries
Train and oversee a small offshore administration team
Track contracts, issue updates, and manage handover coordination
Provide general office support and assist with accounts payable/receivable
Support technology onboarding and troubleshoot basic issues
Generate reports and insights to support leadership decision-making
Review CRM and Dropbox data for accuracy and efficiency
Streamline the contract follow-up and execution process
Manage a large pipeline of property sales and ensure timely outcomes
What You’ll Bring
5+ years’ experience in sales administration or contracts within property or construction
Experience managing or working with offshore support teams
Excellent organisation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining data accuracy
Comfortable in a fast-paced, self-directed environment
Tech confident: Salesforce, DocuSign, Dropbox, MS Office; Xero experience a bonus
