Digital Marketing Coordinator - 12-Month Contract

We're partnering with one of Victoria's most trusted and awarded builders, to appoint a Digital Marketing Coordinator for a 12-month maternity leave contract.

This role plays a critical part in a highly collaborative digital team-responsible for their website, digital assets, and CMS platform that supports their customer experience across multiple stages.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own the CMS (Content Management System) and manage website content updates, floor plans, imagery, and UX adjustments across mobile and desktop platforms.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to brief in and test digital changes.
• Analyse Google Analytics reports (in collaboration with offsite support) and translate insights into meaningful recommendations.
• Support SEO strategy (customer portal), including backend coordination and alignment with Microsoft AX integration.
• Lead communication with two offshore team members-briefing tasks and ensuring output is aligned to project goals and standards.

What You'll Bring

• Strong CMS experience, preferably in high-value or low-volume products (property, real estate, premium automotive, tourism, or construction).
• Demonstrated digital coordination skills-web publishing, testing, analytics, and supplier management.
• Ability to prioritise, communicate clearly, and follow through on multiple digital deliverables at once.
• Pride in accuracy-floor plans, data, digital assets must be right the first time.
• Experience in SEO, UX/CX, and web projects will be highly regarded.
