The Real Estate division is undergoing an exciting transformation, including corporatisation and rebranding to align with a major national real estate brand. This partnership provides access to several offices across Australia, creating significant growth opportunities as the division scales its operations.

The Opportunity
We are seeking an ambitious Head of Project Sales to lead this transformation and build the platform from the ground up. This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven sales professional to step into a leadership role and shape the future direction of project sales operations.
You'll initially focus on hands-on project sales while simultaneously building systems, processes, and partnerships to support rapid growth. This role offers the perfect blend of tactical execution and strategic leadership - ideal for someone ready to make their mark in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

Project Sales & Client Management

  • Lead sales activities for off-the-plan residential developments (mainly apartments)
  • Build and maintain relationships with purchasers throughout the sales process
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs across active projects

Strategic Leadership & Growth

  • Develop project sales strategy aligned with group vision and transformation goals
  • Act as primary liaison with national brand partners during rebranding process
  • Identify and pursue new developer partnerships and growth opportunities
  • Build scalable systems and processes to support business expansion

Team Development & Operations

  • Establish operational frameworks, CRM systems, and reporting structures
  • Design incentive plans and recruitment strategies as the team grows
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture

Stakeholder Management

  • Report to Group Managing Director on sales results and strategic initiatives
  • Coordinate with external partners and service providers
  • Maintain relationships with developers, legal teams, and marketing agencies

What You'll Bring

  • Real Estate Agent Licence and current Australian Driver's Licence
  • 5+ years in project sales or property development sales with proven off-the-plan residential track record
  • Team management experience and leadership ambitions
  • Strong relationship-building skills with developers and purchasers
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, sales reporting, and property development processes
  • Ambitious self-starter with hands-on approach and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Adaptable, excellent communicator comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Experience in smaller, entrepreneurial environments highly desirable
