As we expand our market reach, we’re seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager who shares our passion for sustainability and can drive growth while amplifying our mission.

The Role

You will lead our sales and marketing strategy, targeting B2B clients (e.g., food producers, retailers, hospitality) across Australia. Your focus will be on revenue growth, brand positioning, and promoting our sustainable packaging solutions as a market differentiation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute national sales and marketing strategies to expand our client base and market share.

Build relationships with key accounts (supermarkets, food brands, distributors) and identify new opportunities.

Lead sustainability-focused marketing campaigns (digital, trade shows, PR) to highlight our eco-friendly competitive edge.

Collaborate with R&D/manufacturing teams to align messaging with product innovations (e.g., recycled materials, carbon footprint reduction).

Analyze market trends (e.g., plastic tax policies, shifting consumer demand) to adapt strategies.

Manage a sales team (if applicable) and track KPIs (revenue, conversion rates, customer retention).

Sales and marketing managers plan and direct the development, promotion and sale of an organisation's goods and services.

Work is in offices and may involve travel and attendance of conferences and other special events.

Suitable for people who can communicate clearly, have strong people skills and are reliable. Skills in administration and management are also important.

Requirements:

1+ years in sales/marketing, preferably in packaging, FMCG, or manufacturing.

Proven success in B2B sales, especially with retailers/food producers.

Strong understanding of sustainability trends and circular economy principles.

Expertise in digital marketing (SEO, LinkedIn, content marketing) and CRM tools.

Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
