What You'll Be Doing:

As our Lifestyle Coordinator, you'll work closely with residents, families, and our care team to develop and deliver activities that support social, emotional, and psychological wellbeing. Your role will involve:

• Planning and coordinating individual and group programs that align with residents' interests and needs.
• Building strong relationships with residents and their families to understand their preferences and create personalised experiences.
• Supporting and guiding care staff and volunteers to implement activities across a 24/7 care environment.
• Using technology to help residents stay connected, particularly those with mobility or communication challenges.
• Maintaining activity calendars and communication materials such as newsletters to keep residents informed and engaged.
• Collaborating with the clinical team to ensure activities are safe, evidence-based, and enhance residents' overall wellbeing.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking someone who is creative, compassionate, and proactive. Ideally, you'll have:

• At least three years' experience in Residential Aged Care, focusing on wellbeing programs.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills to foster a positive and engaging team culture.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with residents, families, and external agencies.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confidence in using clinical management systems, videoconferencing, and web-based platforms, plus strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Physical capability to meet the demands of the role, including manual handling and extended periods of standing/sitting.
• Ability to meet relevant probity checks as required by legislation and Feros Care policies.
