As our new Lifestyle Coordinator, you'll be the heart and soul of our residential village in beautiful Bangalow, designing and delivering engaging programs that bring smiles, spark joy, and create unforgettable moments for our residents.

What You'll Be Doing:
As our Lifestyle Coordinator, you'll work closely with residents, families, and our care team to develop and deliver activities that support social, emotional, and psychological wellbeing. Your role will involve:
- Planning and coordinating individual and group programs that align with residents' interests and needs.
- Building strong relationships with residents and their families to understand their preferences and create personalised experiences.
- Supporting and guiding care staff and volunteers to implement activities across a 24/7 care environment.
- Using technology to help residents stay connected, particularly those with mobility or communication challenges.
- Maintaining activity calendars and communication materials such as newsletters to keep residents informed and engaged.
- Collaborating with the clinical team to ensure activities are safe, evidence-based, and enhance residents' overall wellbeing.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking someone who is creative, compassionate, and proactive. Ideally, you'll have:
- At least three years' experience in Residential Aged Care, focusing on wellbeing programs.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills to foster a positive and engaging team culture.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with residents, families, and external agencies.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confidence in using clinical management systems, videoconferencing, and web-based platforms, plus strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Physical capability to meet the demands of the role, including manual handling and extended periods of standing/sitting.
- Ability to meet relevant probity checks as required by legislation and Feros Care policies.
