We are looking for Barista for our small but busy cafe located in Redcliffe waterfront.

Position: Casual with 30+ hours/week
Schedule: 5 days a week, including weekends

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 1 year barista experience
• Excellent coffee-making skills with attention to detail
• Strong customer service abilities with a friendly and positive attitude
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• A team player who can collaborate well with colleagues
• Availability to work weekends as part of a 5-day schedule

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages
• Engage with customers, providing friendly and efficient service
• Keep the café clean, organised, and welcoming
• Assist with café operations, including cleaning, stocking, and opening/closing duties
