About the Role:

Casual position (24–32 hours per week)

Main days: Tuesday to Friday (weekend shifts may become available)

Brew and serve a range of espresso blends, single origins, and pour-over coffees

Engage with customers and share your knowledge of coffee and our menu

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Has at least 2–3 years’ experience in specialty coffee

Can confidently dial in new coffees, troubleshoot, and maintain consistency

Has strong latte art and filter brewing skills

Can work solo on the machine during peak service

Brings a positive, team-focused attitude

Has full working rights in Australia – we’re after someone long-term
