About the role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Barista & cafe all rounder to join our passionate team at Nook espresso Burleigh Waters & Currumbin stores.

In this casual role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious coffee beverages in a vibrant cafe environment.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and serving a wide range of coffee and specialty drink orders with a keen eye for quality and consistency

Operating and maintaining cafe equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and other barista tools

Providing outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all patrons

Assisting with general cafe duties, such as food preparation and maintaining a clean and organised work environment

Collaborating with the team to support the smooth operation of the cafe

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a barista or cafe all-rounder, with a strong understanding of coffee preparation and cafe operations

Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing a high-quality customer experience

Flexibility to work casual shifts, including weekends and public holidays
