About us

We're a family run coffee nook overlooking the water at Paradise Point boat ramp. We offer spectacular views, great coffee, amazing grab and go food and a laid back, friendly atmosphere.

We're looking for a casual experienced barista to work up to three morning shifts a week, and more to cover holidays. This position will also include allrounder duties such as basic grab and go food prep.

Qualifications & experience

Must have barista experience and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Friendly, with great customer service even when under pressure

Positive attitude, hard working, reliable, well-organised, and uses initiative

Well-groomed, clean and tidy

Have Australian work rights

Reliable transport for early starts

Tasks & responsibilities

You must be comfortable in all aspects of serving efficiently with great customer service

Must be able to make a great coffee quickly, ensuring taste, temperature and texture is spot on! Barista experience is essential for this role.

Allrounder tasks are required and include basic cooking and preparing grab and go food items.

On-going Cleaning and upkeep of the cafe is an essential task of all staff.
