About the role

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Barista to join the team at The Dairy Ravensbourne in the beautiful Ravensbourne, QLD! As a Casual Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing high-quality coffee and specialty drinks in a fast-paced cafe environment, set in a beautiful scenic environment.

What you'll be doing

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverage orders with speed and precision

Use professional barista equipment to create consistently delicious drinks

Maintain a clean and well-organised work area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained

Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service to all patrons

Assist with general cafe duties if required in quiet periods, such as restocking and light food preparation

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Barista or similar role in a cafe or restaurant setting

Strong knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing techniques, and industry trends

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team

Attention to detail and the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment

Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
