Bright Patch Café is a vibrant, family-friendly café in the heart of Proserpine, Queensland, serving up delicious breakfast and lunch alongside consistently great coffee.

We’re on the lookout for a friendly and skilled Barista to join our warm and welcoming team! If you’re passionate about coffee, love connecting with customers, and thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages with consistency and care

Providing exceptional customer service with a warm and friendly attitude

Handling orders efficiently and working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team

Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and café areas

Assisting with general café duties, including restocking, clearing tables, and POS operation

What We’re Looking For:

Experience as a barista in a busy café setting (preferred latte art/barista training, however, training can be provided to the right person!)

Strong coffee-making skills and a good understanding of espresso machines and grinders

A passion for great coffee and friendly service

Reliability, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure

Availability for early morning starts and weekend shifts (no nights!)
