We’re looking for an Administration Coordinator to cover a maternity leave position and work 9 am-3 pm, three days per week at KingKids Early Learning Centre Bentleigh. In this role, you will support our management team to ensure that documentation and regulatory compliance paperwork are always up to date.
(This role is covering a maternity leave position and is expected to cease in February 2026)
What’s needed:
Excellent verbal and written communication (a bubbly phone manner is vital)
Friendly nature (you’ll need to be great with children and their families)
MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Database Management experience (we don’t expect you to have used our management system but experience with similar systems would be highly regarded)
Any previous experience with WPH&S, system auditing, or compliance will be helpful but not essential as we’re happy to train someone with the right attitude.
This role will require exceptional organisation skills and patience, expect to ask families 27 times for their child’s immunisation statement or 41 times to sign an updated CWA. It’ll also require the delivery of lots of fun and interesting conversations with children about dinosaurs, artwork, and lots more, as the children will regularly come past the office to show you their learning.
As a child-safe service that maintains the health and safety of each child, it is important that you have a current Police Check and Working with Children’s Card (WWCC) or equivalent.
