Office and administration coordinator: Contract 11 months Maternity Leave. Full Time 38 hours per week
Up and Running Podiatry Elsternwick is looking for an enthusiastic administration person with great people skills to join our team. We are a Sports Podiatry clinic passionate about creating exceptional experiences for our clients.

Your day-to-day duties will include:
Welcoming patients
Managing incoming calls
Answering enquiries
Organising appointments
Taking and recording payments
Instrument sterilisation
Supporting the Podiatry team
The successful applicant will be required to work 38 hours per week. Above award hourly rate is offered. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our amazing team and for someone who wants wonderful work/life balance. The position is an 11 month maternity leave contract, with the opportunity to stay on beyond the contracted time for the right person.
