About the Role

Join Redom Syed – founder of Flint Group, one of Australia’s top mortgage brokers and host of the Australian Property Talk Podcast – to help build the country’s most valuable property content brand.

This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about real estate, economics, and digital media. You’ll help create content that educates and inspires Australians to build wealth through property.

📍 Location

Sydney CBD (Onsite 4 days per week)

🎯 What You’ll Do

Research and summarise property reports, market data, RBA & ABS insights.

Co-write content: newsletters, LinkedIn posts, podcast outlines, YouTube scripts.

Identify trends and pitch fresh, original content ideas.

Assist with editing video clips and supporting marketing execution.

Stay across media, creators, and influencers in the property space.

🧠 Who You Are

Passionate about property investing and real estate trends.

Strong foundation in economics, marketing, journalism, or content creation.

Curious, detail-oriented, and a self-starter.

Bonus: Experience in video editing, YouTube, or podcasting.

📈 Goals of the Role

Grow YouTube channel to 20K+ subscribers

Increase engagement across LinkedIn, newsletter, podcast, and YouTube

Consistently deliver sharp, valuable, and educational property content

💰 Salary & Perks

$60,000 – $70,000 base + performance bonuses
