Join a growing, adventurous team that’s redefining outdoor cooking in Australia. COBB Grill is seeking a creative videographer and content creator to help bring our brand to life across digital channels.

About the Role

We're looking for a full-time or part-time Content Creator & Videographer to work closely with our marketing team to produce stunning visuals that showcase our products, community, and lifestyle. Whether we’re cooking seafood on the beach or camping in the mountains we need someone who can integrate seamlessly into our small team and join our adventures.

Job roles

Film and edit short-form videos and reels (social, web, meta ads)

Shoot high-quality lifestyle content (photo & video) featuring the COBB Grill in action

Create engaging Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and branded stories

Work with us on seasonal campaigns, product launches, and customer spotlight features

Travel for shoots across coastal/regional locations

Contribute creative ideas to shape the brand's visual direction

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Has strong videography and editing skills (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut etc.)

Someone who is up to date with social media video trends.

Quick on ideas, even quicker on execution — you can turn a concept into a scroll-stopping video in no time.

Has a portfolio of video or photo content (uni projects, personal work or freelance gigs)

Is a quick learner and can keep up with the ever changing social media landscape.

Bonus: you’ve shot for a lifestyle or outdoor brand before — or dream of it.

Ideal For:

A fresh creative grad or early-career content creator ready to take ownership of a brand’s visual story — with room to grow into a bigger creative role for the global brand which includes international travel. The ideal candidate will not be scared of getting their hands dirty and doing some serious outdoor adventure.
