I’m working with a fast-growing hospitality brand that’s doing things differently — over 40 locations nationally, a bold brand voice, and a strong investment in digital content and community building. They’ve engaged me exclusively to help them find a social media Content Creator to join their in-house team.
This is not a role for someone who just schedules posts. This is about getting hands-on — creating bold, human, high-energy content that builds connection and cuts through the noise. If you live for TikTok trends, shoot with confidence (on both phone and camera), and want to be out in the real world capturing great moments — this is your brief.
About the role
You’ll be embedded with the brand’s marketing and creative team, working closely with senior leads across content, strategy, and operations. You’ll help shape the brand’s social presence across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and beyond — with full permission to move fast, think creatively, and bring your personality into the work.
What you’ll be doing
Capturing and editing high-quality short-form video content — on both smartphone and camera
Regularly visiting stores, events, activations and campaigns to film real people and moments
Creating always-on and campaign-based content that aligns with the brand’s tone and audience
Writing captions, overlays and social scripts to elevate your edits
Helping plan the content calendar — while staying agile to trending moments
Feeding back insights from performance and audience interaction
Collaborating with creative and brand leads to shape and evolve the content strategy
What we’re looking for
2+ years of content creation experience (in-house, agency or freelance)
Proven skills using both smartphones and mirrorless/DSLR cameras to capture content
Confident video editing chops — CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro or similar
Strong understanding of short-form social trends and what works across platforms
Comfortable directing others or jumping in front of the camera yourself when needed
Great communicator and collaborator, able to balance creative freedom with brand goals
A natural interest in food, people and culture is a bonus
