The Kids Hub is a one-stop hub to support the mental health/social and emotional wellbeing needs of children aged 0-12 years-old who present with mild and moderate mental health challenges, through providing comprehensive, multidisciplinary and early intervention care. The Kids Hub supports children and families in the City of Swan, particularly those experiencing substantial vulnerabilities and facing considerable barriers in navigating the mental health system and accessing culturally appropriate support for their children. The Hub is a free service with a no-wrong-door approach, providing step-up, step-down support for children and their families for as long as they require.
