ABOUT THE ROLE
With the role spanning across HR, operations and EA this individual will be a key player within the team ensuring a smooth operation. The role will primarily be HR and operations with some responsibilities leaning towards EA for one of the managing directors.
Human Resources (60%)
- HR compliance and policies maintenance and managing employee records
- Recruitment and onboarding including hosting/running interviews when required
- Facilitating onboarding process
- Payroll and benefits administration - managing employee leave, superannuation and any other benefits
- Overall employee management - identifying training needs and staff retention strategies
Operations (30%)
- Facilities management
- IT and systems management
- Ordering and upkeep of office supplies
- Coordination and management of office safety protocols
Executive Assistant (10%)
- Calander and schedule management
- Meeting coordination
- Document management
- Project Support
ABOUT YOU
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- 10+ years of Executive Assistance/Operational roles
- Knowledge of HR legislation and best practices
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Experience in the building/construction industry is advantageous but not essential
