With a growing footprint and a dynamic team, we’re looking for a proactive and organised Operations / Recruitment Coordinator to support our field operations and talent acquisition efforts.

As our Operations / Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our traffic control teams are well-supported and our recruitment pipeline remains strong. You’ll work closely with operations managers, field staff, and HR to coordinate daily deployments, manage rosters, and recruit top-tier traffic controllers.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Immediate start
• Full Time Position
• Based at our Eight Mile Plains - Head Office
• Salary $70k to $90k (pending experience)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate daily traffic controller allocations and rosters
• Liaise with clients and field teams to ensure smooth operations
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new staff
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
• Support operational reporting and workforce planning
• Foster a positive team culture and promote safety-first values

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Previous experience in operations coordination or recruitment, ideally within traffic management or a similar industry
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, high-volume environment with competing priorities
• Proficient in scheduling software and Microsoft Office
• In-field traffic management experience is highly desirable but not essential – we value transferable skills and a willingness to learn
• Permits coordination experience is desirable but not essential
• Knowledge of traffic management regulations and certifications (preferred)
