Shamrock Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a highly regarded insurance repair specialist that delivers efficient, customer focused building repair services across the residential and commercial space. Due to continued growth and internal progression, they are now seeking an experienced Repair Coordination Team Manager to lead their administration team and support the delivery of high quality repair outcomes.
About the Role
This is a leadership opportunity for someone with proven experience in the repair coordination or insurance space who thrives in a fast paced, service driven environment. You will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the Repair Coordination team, ensuring workflow efficiency, compliance, team development, and first class customer support.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support the Repair Coordination team to ensure smooth daily operations
Allocate tasks, monitor workflow, and uphold quality standards across administrative functions
Oversee onboarding and training of new coordinators, ensuring proper documentation and induction scheduling
Liaise with internal departments to identify and meet coordination support needs
Manage escalated customer complaints and ensure professional, timely resolution
Monitor team KPIs including call metrics and customer satisfaction scores
What We’re Looking For
Experience in repair coordination, preferably with exposure to the role in a leadership capacity
Strong people management, mentoring, and delegation skills
High level organisational and communication abilities
Proficiency with business systems including Microsoft Office, job tracking tools, and SharePoint
Knowledge of Prime is highly desirable
Background in insurance building or related industries will be highly regarded
