About the position

This role will involve working as part of a dynamic team to coordinate the planning, implementation and review of Council’s emergency management and fire prevention responsibilities in partnership with other agencies and community organisations.

About you

A tertiary qualification relevant to Emergency Management or Community Development is desirable or a relevant qualification and demonstrated capacity to undertake the role.

Experience in, or knowledge of, developing and delivering programs that involve community development, education and awareness.

Current Victorian Driver’s Licence.

Working with Children and National Police Check clearances, construction induction card, traffic management ticket, or willingness to obtain.
