Traffic Facilities Maintenance (TFM) has been a trusted provider of road sign installation and traffic control services since 2002. Based in Moorebank, we’re known for our commitment to safety, expert knowledge, and a service-first approach. We’re a small but high-performing team, and we’re looking for an Operations Coordinator to join us.
Whilst your skills and previous experience will be important for success, you will thrive in this role if you like taking care of the details, enjoy a fast paced environment and aren’t phased by priorities changing at short notice. A confident manner will help you be the interface between our team members, suppliers, sub-contractors and clients.
You will be the main support for our operations area helping us to serve our customers and deliver excellence across every project.
Your help will be needed;
Accurately preparing and maintaining project safety records and reports
Ordering and keeping tabs on materials as well as receiving them into our depot
Managing fleet and equipment maintenance requirements
Organising Toolboxes, Before You Dig Applications, worker inductions and various work permits
Client liaison by phone and email to help meet project timelines and requirements
Providing administrative assistance to the team as needed
Running occasional errands, such as delivering items to and from job sites and suppliers
The Essentials - you’ll thrive in this role if you;
Have proven experience in a similar role in the construction or related industry
Are competent in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat with a proficient typing speed
Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and have confidence interacting with others
Can manage your workload to shifting deadlines
Are adaptable and self-motivated - we are a small team, and a diversity of tasks will be performed
Are able to take initiative and prioritise tasks discerningly
Possess a valid driver’s licence
Are an Australian permanent resident

This is a full time, office based role, located in Moorebank working Monday to Friday with some flexibility in start and finish times. However, mornings are a hub of activity, and you’ll need to be available for early starts from 7am most days. We are a close-knit, supportive and family friendly team valuing your contribution and initiative.
