This dynamic role offers the opportunity to make a tangible contribution to higher education, helping shape impactful outcomes and driving operational excellence across the Faculty.

Melbourne-based full-time fixed-term opportunity until August 2026.

About the role:

Operating within the Faculty Learning and Teaching portfolio, this role provides timely, effective, and efficient administrative support for the implementation of curriculum initiatives across the Faculty. It involves regular liaison with a broad range of internal stakeholders and the development of collaborative relationships with Student Administration and other relevant business units, aligned with the scope and responsibilities of the position.

What we offer:

Total remuneration valued to $101,464 - $109,838 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $85,739 - $92,815 (pro rata) pa (HEW 5), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.

Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
