**Role Overview:**
As the Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the bakery, ensuring high standards of customer service, food quality, and team performance. You will play a key role in managing staff, inventory of the bakery, while fostering a positive and efficient work environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage the daily operations of the bakery, including opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Lead, train, and motivate the bakery team to provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensure food and drink quality standards are consistently met.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and manage stock levels, placing orders with suppliers when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance bakery operations and customer experience.

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in café, bakery or similar hospitality management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of financial management and budgeting.
- Passion for coffee, food, and exceptional customer service.
- Barista skills are a plus but not required.
