Nurselink Healthcare is expanding our team! We are seeking a confident and motivated Sales Representative with a passion for face-to-face client engagement and an interest in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit and engage potential clients such as hospitals, aged care homes, and medical facilities

Present and promote Nurselink Healthcare services to procurement teams and facility managers

Negotiate contracts and build lasting client relationships

Attend industry events, expos, and networking functions

Provide regular feedback to the internal team to support business growth

Travel to regional and interstate sites as required

What We’re Looking For:

Previous face-to-face sales experience is essential

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Confidence in dealing with procurement teams and senior stakeholders

Willingness to travel interstate and regionally (accommodation & travel allowance provided)

Professional, well-groomed, and client-focused attitude

Valid Driver’s License (company car provided)

What We Offer:

Hourly rate of $28–$30 plus generous commission for every successful contract

Full training provided – No prior healthcare industry experience required
