This isn’t a call centre. And we’re not looking for virtual assistants.
We work with top-performing real estate agents, booking them in for appraisal appointments with motivated homeowners — the first step toward winning a listing.

We’re only looking for one person. We need someone who knows they can perform, brings discipline, and is ready to grow with a performance-driven team.
WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO:
This is a sales support role focused on top-of-funnel appointment setting. You’ll:
Call homeowners from qualified lists (we provide the data)
Use proven call scripts with flexibility to adjust your style
Book Face-to-Face Appraisals and E-Appraisals directly into our clients’ calendars
Record lead outcomes, notes, and follow-ups in the CRM
Hit consistent weekly performance targets (see below)
You’re not selling a product — you’re selling the first step of trust between a homeowner and an agent.
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
This is a high-performance role, and expectations are clear.
We don’t micromanage — but we do hold standards.
You’ll be responsible for hitting KPIs based on each client’s package and performance tier:
3–10x Total Appraisals per week (a blend of Face-to-Face and E-Appraisals)
1x Face-to-Face = 1 | 2x E-Appraisals = 1
50–200 outbound calls/day (depending on package)
Accurate CRM tracking + weekly updates
You’ll receive training, coaching, and accountability. If you thrive in a results-driven environment, you’ll be supported and recognised. If not, this won’t be the right fit.
WHAT YOU GET PAID
$25–30/hour (depending on experience and output)
Weekly bonuses for hitting or exceeding KPIs
ABN contractor role, paid weekly
Work-from-home flexibility (Australia-based only)
1 to 4 hours per day, depending on how many clients we assign you based on your reliability, output, and communication
Structured onboarding and real sales coaching
Room to grow with a national brand that values performance
IDEAL CANDIDATES HAVE:
2+ years experience booking appointments for sales representatives
Confidence in cold calling and lead qualification
Background in real estate, SaaS, or B2B/B2C phone sales
Strong time management and the ability to self-direct
A quiet, professional home office setup
ABN and availability during weekday business hours
