Casual Sales Representative – Caravan Industry
Location: Victoria, various show locations

Are you passionate about travel, caravanning, or the great outdoors? Grand Caravans is a proudly Australian-owned caravan manufacturer, and we’re looking for a Casual Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in caravan or automotive sales — or a strong interest in the industry — and suits those looking for flexible, spontaneous work outside of the standard 9–5.

The Role

You’ll represent Grand Caravans at caravan shows, expos, and occasionally in the factory or yard. Responsibilities include:

Selling caravans at expos and on-site events

Assisting and welcoming walk-in customers

Setting up and packing down expo stands (including lifting/moving display items)

Cleaning and presenting caravans to a high standard

Providing accurate quotations and product information

Following up on leads and inquiries in a timely, professional manner

Assisting customers with customisation options and product questions

Processing orders, registrations, and documentation in our system

Supporting general sales yard presentation when needed

What We’re Looking For

Previous sales experience in caravans, automotive, RV, or similar industries is ideal

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Confident with quoting and following up customer inquiries

Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and passionate about small business

Comfortable with hands-on tasks (some physical lifting required)

Able to tow a caravan (preferred, but not essential)

Must hold a valid driver’s licence

Work Hours & Flexibility

Casual role with variable hours – ideal for someone looking for flexible work

Work will be mostly event-based (expos & shows), plus occasional weekday shifts

No set days – work is spontaneous, with advance notice given when possible

Must be available for the following key dates:
August 4th – 12th and September 15th – 21st

May include some weekend work, particularly during events
