We are looking for someone who thrives on connecting with customers, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly.

Welding knowledge is a bonus-but if you've got the right attitude, we'll teach you the rest.

Ongoing work Monday to Friday
Hours: 8am - 5pm
Payrate: $33.31 per hour plus super

What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing friendly, knowledgeable service to walk-in and phone-based customers
• Offering product advice and tailored solutions that meet customer needs
• Handling inquiries and resolving issues with a positive, solutions-focused approach
• Supporting smooth operations by working closely with the branch team
• Processing orders and inventory transactions using SAP (full training provided)
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized counter and warehouse area
• Identifying local sales opportunities and contributing to team targets

What You Bring:

• Experience in a sales, retail, or customer-facing role
• A passion for customer service and a proactive, can-do attitude
• Clear and confident communication skills
• Basic computer literacy (SAP knowledge is a bonus!)
• Willingness to learn - welding or trade knowledge is a plus, but not essential
• A team-focused mindset and hands-on approach
