Mantra Traralgon Hotel is looking for a driven team member to join our dedicated and enthusiastic team on a Full Time basis. This position is a Food and Beverage Supervisor with The Butter Factory team at the Mantra Traralgon Hotel.

This role will involve meeting and greeting patrons and guests, use of the restaurant ordering system, booking, assisting guests & assisting booking in those that want to try their hand at bowling.

Some of the key task you will be responsible for performing are:

Welcoming and greeting patrons to the restaurant

Taking orders and assisting guests

Food and drink service

System entry and ordering

Reservations / booking requests and processing

Assisting with functions, groups and conference delegates

Shift management

Rostering

To successfully fill this role, it would be favourable to have:

Previous senior F&B experience

Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations and shifts

Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service

Previous experience in a restaurant / bar service position is advantageous

Immaculate personal presentation.

Good communication skills and a positive attitude

Confidence & ability to work autonomously and at times unsupervised.
