A day in the life:
As a key member of our team, you'll support the Conference and Events Operations Manager and Restaurant Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of conference and events setup from start to finish, delivering the ultimate guest experience. You'll work alongside the C&E sales team to lead successful event setups and provide leadership support to the Food & Beverage team, ensuring high standards of customer service for RACV members, guests, and visitors.

We are looking for:

Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Assistant Manager or Duty Manager is ideal

Industry knowledge of wines and beverages

Strong leadership skills to achieve a positive working culture

Conference and Events background is desired

A hands-on approach to ensure smooth daily operations

Proven ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders

Sound problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
