WANTED: Full-Time Restaurant Supervisor / Bar Manager (Geelong)

We’re a local Geelong restaurant and we’re on the lookout for a permanent part-time/ full-time supervisor to help steer the ship. If you thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where no two days are the same — and you’ve got a knack for keeping things running smoothly — this could be your dream job.

Here’s the gig:

Leading shifts and keeping service flowing

Supporting and motivating a small, passionate team

Delivering awesome customer experiences (every time!)

Handling bookings, solving problems, and keeping cool under pressure

Helping with training, stock, and the general day-to-day magic that makes a restaurant tick

What We’re Looking For:

Previous hospitality and supervisory experience (you know how to run a floor like a pro)

A great communicator and natural leader

Has energy, initiative, and a good sense of humour and a solid work ethic

Has the ability to jump in wherever needed — we’re a team, not a hierarchy

Available to work evenings, weekends & holidays

RSA certified (or ready to get it)
