We are working with a Perth-based builder that specialises in delivering high-quality projects across the education, industrial, commercial, and government sectors in Perth metro area. With continued growth from repeat clients and recent success at tender we are looking for a driven Contract Administrator to join a close-knit and friendly team in Osborne Park.

The Role:

Working closely with the Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the end-to-end commercial management of multiple construction projects, typically ranging from $5m to $25M.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement and letting of subcontract packages
• Contract management and administration
• Cost tracking, budgeting and forecasting
• Managing progress claims, variations and RFI registers
• Supporting project reporting and stakeholder communication

About You:

• BSc Construction Management or related industry qualification
• 2–5 years' experience as a CA with a commercial builder in Australia
• Excellent attention to detail and commercial acumen
• Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
• Experience working with Procore or CHEOPS advantageous
• Full working rights in Australia
• Currently located in Perth or plans to relocate withing 2-4 weeks
