Due to continued growth, and a new $150m project awarded they are looking to hire a Contract Administrator to join their thriving team.

You will be working with Industry professionals on fully resourced teams, with the mentorship & development in place to get the best out of yourself while enhancing your career.

Roles and Responsibilities of the Contracts Administrator will include:

• Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules
• Progress claim assistance and external variations
• Review, negotiation and finalization of subcontracts
• Management and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claim
• Administration of RFIs to clients, architects and consultants
• Administration of the project HSE system

To be considered for the role of Contracts Administrator you will require:

• Degree qualified in construction management or equivalent
• Experience working on commercial newbuild projects for 3-5 Years Minimum
• Knowledge of the WA construction market and subcontractors
• Exceptional communication skills with an ability to manage stakeholders, both internally and externally
• Be able to competently lead a team financially on your own
