About the Company

The Role

We're seeking a capable and motivated Contract Administrator to support the successful delivery of major commercial projects. You'll work closely with experienced Project Managers and the site team to ensure the commercial and contractual aspects of the build run smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities include:

Managing subcontracts, head contracts, and procurement

Preparing and processing variations

Managing contract compliance and administration

Cost tracking and progress reporting

Supporting the project team with commercial and documentation needs

Liaising with subcontractors

About You

5+ years' experience as a Contract Administrator (Tier 2 or 3 preferred)

Experience on commercial construction projects upwards of $40M

Excellent understanding of construction contracts and project documentation

Strong communication and negotiation skills
