About the role

We're looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join the team at Port Medical Aesthetics Clinic in Port Macquarie, NSW. In this part time position, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our busy clinic.

What you'll be doing

Greeting patients and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner

Handling patient inquiries and bookings, both in-person and over the phone

Maintaining up-to-date patient records and scheduling appointments

Assisting with general office administration duties such as filing, photocopying and data entry

Providing high-quality customer service and ensuring a positive patient experience

Supporting the clinical team as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar customer service or reception role, preferably within the healthcare or retail industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of patients

Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail

Proficiency in using standard office software and technology

A friendly, professional and approachable demeanour

A commitment to providing exceptional patient care

Working hours from 8:30am to 6:00pm, on Friday's, also a shift in Kempsey our sister clinic, every second Tuesday evening and on the alternate Tuesday during the day.
