We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a seasoned recruitment professional to step into a leadership role as our Business Manager – Industrial at our Truganina office. We're looking for someone who’s driven, motivating and ready to lead a high-performing team.

You’ll be hands-on in this role – coaching and mentoring your team, building strong, long-term relationships with clients, and helping shape the future direction of the business. You’ll be part of our broader leadership group, contributing to strategy and growth across the board.

Here’s what your day might look like:

Driving growth and uncovering new business opportunities

Supporting, coaching and developing your team of Consultants and Account Managers

Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Managing your own P&L

Rolling up your sleeves to lead daily operations

Delivering on recruitment plans and targets

Embedding a strong safety-first culture across the team

What you’ll bring:

A proven background in winning business and delivering great service

Strong commercial thinking and solid business smarts

Experience in the labour hire space

The ability to lead with confidence and stay calm under pressure

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
