🛠 What You’ll Be Doing

Managing and reconciling warranty claims across brands like Hyundai, Isuzu, and Nissan

Handling warranty parts returns and liaising with manufacturers

Ensuring all documentation is accurate, timely, and aligned with brand standards

Playing a key role in fine-tuning processes for efficiency and accuracy

🔍 We’re Looking for Someone Who…

Has previous warranty administration experience in an automotive environment

Pays laser-sharp attention to detail and thrives on accuracy

Communicates clearly and confidently — written and verbal

Loves solving problems and improving systems

Can read a technician’s handwriting like a detective cracking a code

Knows their way around Microsoft Office (and bonus points for experience with Auto-IT/Units DMS)
