About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Client & Sales Administrator to join our team at Concrete Sleeper Retaining Walls Brisbane. This full-time role is based in Wacol, QLD and will involve promoting our high-quality retaining wall products and services to residential and commercial customers.

What you'll be doing

Actively prospecting and generating new leads through networking, referrals, and cold-calling

Providing expert advice and guidance to customers on the most suitable retaining wall solutions for their projects

Preparing detailed quotes and proposals that meet the client's requirements

Closing sales and ensuring a smooth customer experience from initial contact to project completion

Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities

Supporting the broader sales and marketing efforts of the business

What we're looking for

Proven track record of success in a customer facing role, ideally within the construction or home improvement industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers

Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets

Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications

Enthusiasm for continuously learning and developing your sales skills
