🔍 About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Account Executive to take ownership of a well-established portfolio across SME and mid-market commercial lines. This is an end-to-end broking role with autonomy, support, and plenty of variety day to day.

💡 What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage and retain a loyal portfolio of commercial clients
• Handle quoting, renewals, policy adjustments, and new business
• Deliver personalised, high-quality insurance advice and service
• Build trusted relationships with clients, insurers, and underwriters
• Maintain full visibility across accounts — no siloed workflows
• Identify opportunities for account growth and retention

✅ What You’ll Need

• Minimum 2 years in a broking role (commercial lines preferred)
• Tier 1 qualification
• Strong communication skills and client service mindset
• Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working independently and part of a small team
