The Role

As Termico's Sales Officer for its Building & Construction division, your responsibilities include:

Develop and maintain existing customer relationships to identify and seize sales opportunities.

Pursue new business opportunities in both the Commercial and Residential building sector.

Present and negotiate Contracts for Tenders, to meet the builder’s needs.

Collaborate with our technical team to ensure the best service delivery

Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining customer satisfaction

Termico requires an experienced and motivated Sales Professional to promote the range of services within the construction industry.

You'll be the key to establishing partnerships with builders, demonstrating how our services can enhance their projects, prevent delays, and ensure long-term client satisfaction. This role offers the chance to make a tangible impact, build lasting relationships, and enjoy a rewarding career in a stable and growing industry.

Essential Criteria

A can-do attitude

Proven sales experience, ideally within the construction industry.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

An understanding of construction plans and the ability to communicate with builders.

Demonstrated expertise in lead management, including outbound calling, effective follow-ups, and closing sales.

The ability to work closely and communicate with other members of our team.

A valid WA driver's license.
