You’ll be the right-hand person to the business, coordinating jobs, supporting the team, and ensuring smooth operations from the ground up. If you’re organised, technically sharp, and ready to lead, this could be the ideal next step.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Schedule plumbing jobs, including access, plant, materials, and team
• Provide technical support and guidance to field plumbers
• Quote jobs using various methods, based on your trade experience
• Manage materials and equipment sourcing to keep jobs running on time
• Oversee recruitment of plumbers and apprentices
• Deliver employee inductions and WHS compliance
• Manage company vehicles, ensuring safety and service standards are met
• Handle customer service and technical enquiries
• Produce reports and support contract implementation

What You Bring to the Table:

• Qualified plumber with hands-on industry experience
• Proven track record managing field staff or leading a team
• Confident with quoting, scheduling, and sourcing
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good understanding of WHS, compliance, and contracts
• Professional, clear communicator who can build trust with clients, team, and suppliers
