We have a (Permanent) Customer Operations Specialist role available.

This requires someone with Excellent Communication Skills and Excellent Customer Facing skills.

You will be responsible for helping to identify opportunities in operations to upsell technology services

You will provide support and drive performance of the support models towards delivering the customer needs, providing proactive analysis, insights into customer operations and ensure customer satisfaction.

This role will see you responsible for Incident Management (30-40%), Client Facing (20%), Working with Project Mangaement & Solution Design Teams, Reporting and Developing KPI's

You will be managing P1 and P2 Incidents for clients in the Aviation Industry.

You will require knowledge of Networks - Cisco Routing, Switching and Wi-Fi.

You will be responsible for connecting all the resources for bug fixing and shifting traffic to a second link. You will be connecting the team from the Network partner to the client team.

Please Note: This role is not targeting a Senior Network Engineer, rather a Customer Success, Incident Mangaement or Service Delivery professional with 2 years experience in Cisco Networks.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent Communication skills & Customer Facing skills (Essential)
  • Experience in Incident Management / Service Management / Service Delivery / Customer Success
  • 2+ years Networking Experience in Cisco TCP/IP Routing, Switching and Wi-Fi (Essential)
  • Experience in identifying opportunities to upsell Technical or Network Services
  • Knowledge of ITIL - Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, Service Level Management
  • Experience in ServiceNow ticketing and monitoring (Ideal)
  • Relevant Experience in either Aviation, MSP, Service Partner or Telco
  • Experience in Versa Networks is desirable
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
