They have an outstanding reputation in the Toowoomba market and have adapted to modern technology utilising some of the most progressive software available on the market including AI tools and automations. About the role

As a Senior Accountant, you will have demonstrated experience in preparing tax returns, financial statements and BAS and will be ready to review work, mentor juniors and begin to offer advisory services.

Review work of other staff

Client meetings and business advisory

You will work on clients from a wide range of industries including primary production, medical, transport and retail. Whilst the average client size is around $5m turnover, they have many much larger clients with $50-$200m annual turnover.

The successful candidate

Minimum 4 years experience in an accounting firm but we are happy to look at more experienced candidates too

CA/CPA or near completion

Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident

Experience with preparing tax returns and financial statements for companies up to $5m turnover

Ideally experience reviewing work but this can also be taught
