Role Description
This is an opportunity for a driven and dynamic Business Development Manager with proven sales experience in aluminium facades. The right person will thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment, where relationships are key and persistence is rewarded. You’ll be expected to take the lead in identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors and façade installers, and most importantly closing deals.
This role is suited for someone who isn’t afraid to knock down doors to make things happen. If you're someone with a black book of contacts and deep experience in aluminium facades and industrial aluminium, you’ll hit the ground running and be well-positioned for long-term success.
The right candidate will have experience in selling 3mm/4mm aluminium plate prior to fabrication but also have a deep understanding of facades.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business development across commercial and industrial façade markets
Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, builders, and facade contractors
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to project delivery
Attend client meetings, site inspections and design consultations as needed
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals tailored to client needs
Work closely with internal teams (engineering, estimating, and production) to ensure smooth project delivery
Stay across market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming project pipelines
Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions and networking functions
Commission Structure - 3% of overall sales
Salary and Benefits
Base $100k-$120k | 12% Super | Company Car | Commission
