About the role
Reporting to the Contract Research & Commercial Systems Manager, you will support the review, administration, and processing of legal agreements for research at the Ehrenberg-Bass Institute. You will prepare, review, negotiate, and arrange the execution of research contracts, ensuring compliance with UniSA policies. Your role will also involve advising the Institute to meet contractual obligations while minimising risk and aligning with the University’s standards and risk management framework.

To be successful you will need
- Tertiary law or related qualifications, or equivalent experience in contracts and legal advice
- Strong knowledge of contract law, with proven drafting and negotiation skills
- Understanding of research governance and funding processes, or ability to learn quickly
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to work independently under pressure
