We have been in operation for 10 years and are leaders in a uniquely positioned niche that falls between outdoor education, disability support and tourism in Australia. We currently have a team of 15 full time staff and approximately 40 casual staff.

Our core values are:

We resonate good vibes

You will have a team of Program Coordinators that report to you. Our Accessible Adventures programs are located in South Australia, Western Australia and Queensland currently, and we will be expanding into New South Wales and Victoria in 2026. The role can be summed up into these main components:

Overseeing operational systems

This ensures Program Coorindators and Program Administrators can operate efficiently and easily, to deliver programs via the path of least resistance.

Supporting staff with weekly 1on1's, leading departmental weekly meetings, attending leadership weekly meetings and assigning quarterly goals to the operations team.

Overseeing the program delivery aspect of the customer experience

Ensuring we deliver a high quality service in all operations-related customer journey stages.

Monitoring customer feedback, and ensuring that participants have a positive, safe, and memorable experience.

Responding to any escalated customer feedback and reporting on customer overall satisfaction.

Safety and Compliance

Ensuring programs comply with health, safety, and legal regulations, conducting regular safety checks, and implementing emergency procedures and processes.

Resource and Inventory Management

Improving, and ensuring our facilities and asset management systems are followed.

Budgeting

Ensuring our programs are generally within specified program budgets.

Process Improvement

Following our continuous improvement process to increase efficiency, customer experience or add value to the company.

The Ideal Candidate will:

Have proven team management skills.

Be incredibly organised, and a very process-oriented thinker.

Come from a background of event management, NDIS, outdoor education, tourism or another relevant industry.

Have a strong passion for nature and the outdoors, and be driven by positively impacting the wellbeing of young people.

Be a solid administrator, using G-suite programs and more.

Have core values that are aligned with ours.

Key Perks

Make a difference in the lives of young people at scale, by inspiring them to fall in love with nature via our unique, nature-based programs

Be part of an incredible company culture that offers (fully funded) overseas company retreats annually in South East Asia for 1 week, team meditation sessions each Mon and Friday and a company culture that cares about wellbeing, staff recognition and work life balance.

Influence the direction of our company by providing meaningful input, ultimately allowing our team to connect more young people with nature!

The role is a fulltime contract with a pathway to permanancy. For the right candidate, we are flexible to work with you around specific work requirements you may have and hours. Our office is located in Everard Park, South Australia 5035.
