About the Role

The Wellness Coordinator & Community Liaison is responsible for developing wellness programs, planning events, and fostering community engagement with staff and locals. They manage the safety and maintenance of gym and recreational facilities while serving as the primary contact for community outreach. This role promotes healthy lifestyles and a supportive, active environment.

Reporting directly to our Managing Director, you will have the autonomy and support to manage your portfolio of camps whilst also having a direct contribution to the current & future growth of our business. Additionally, this role will:

Work collaboratively with BBB management team leadership team as required

Promote a safe working place with a focus on employee health & wellbeing

Community engagement through sports, recreation and events

Event program planer/ coordination

Gym & recreational facilities Safety (insurance on good practices and techniques)

About Us

BBB Remote Site Services is a WA company specialising in the provision of temporary and fixed term remote sites, the provision of camp management and catering services and the rental of commercial site caravans and portable buildings for all applications. Our customers are predominantly in the mining, construction and agriculture sectors. BBB is a Centurion Group company who are a global leader in the supply of rentals and services to critical industries.

About You

Personnel Management experience (including training and development and site inductions

Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office

C class (minimum) or equivalent driver’s license (MR class license desirable)

Personable and have the ability to build professional relationships

Excellent communication skills

Self motivated with a positive “Can Do Attitude”.

Accuracy & attention to detail
